We were so sorry to read Bonnie had passed away.  Bob & I knew your Dad & Mom through the Delta American Legion - Post 373.  They were both the most loving and caring people.  Your Mom always had a big smile on her face and was such a beautiful lady inside and out.

May God's loving arms be around all of you now and in the days ahead.

It was with such great sadness we found that Bonnie would not be returning to Abbington. She was such a warm and wonderful part of the resident family. As I would visit with my mother, I would see her across the dining room smiling at us both. As we walked by, she often had a hand stretched out to both of us. It was her way of offering friendship and fellowship to everyone. I never saw her without that ready smile. She was compassionate when anyone was ill or suffering. It is very hard to lose such a caring and special person. We are all blessed for having been fortunate to have had a chance to know her. My mother and I send our prayers to your family.

Dear Sandy and family,

Sandy, I was very sad to hear about the loss of your mother.  I am sure that she will be missed by all who knew her. She was always so sweet.  Her smile and kind words were encouraging.  I will miss her.

Sandy, I am glad that you were able to retire when you did so that you could spend more quality time with her.

You were blessed to be her daughter and your mom was blessed to have you as her daughter.  Cherish your great memories.
Love and prayers,
Tina (Rich and Adam, too)

Sandy and family, We ladies of the Women's Club of Powell are so saddened to read of Bonnie's passing.  She was one of the kindest ladies I ever knew, and she was the welcoming 'face' of Abbington when we came to play bingo, have our annual "Tea Party" and our Christmas Party.  Will there be a memorial service in Powell or at Abbington? Many of us would want to pay our respects, as we loved your mother dearly.  Please know how sad we are to lose our wonderful, smiling friend. We were blessed to know her for the past 5 years, and we will miss her deeply. You truly had a wonderful mother.  She brightened all of our lives. Blessings to you and your family.

Dear Sandy and family our prayers of God's comfort, peace, strength and may His love engulf you in the coming days.  Ms. Bonnie was a pillar of our church at Abbington Court.  She loved the Lord, her precious family and the residents. We had such wonderful fellowship trips, dinners and craft classes. We shall miss her but we shall see her again in heaven and continue our fellowship there.  She was a kind, gentle, quiet, full of wisdom and loving person.  Always the example of God's love to others.  We shall continue her qualities by sharing with others we meet.  Thank you so much Sandy for allowing us to minister to your mom in her latter days and especially hours before her transition, we will always  hold dear this precious time we spent with you, your husband and Ms. Bonnie.
Fervent prayers & Love; Jesse and Dianna Gamble

Mr. & Mrs. Boulis were long time neighbors of ours.  They were absolutely wonderful...they made the neighborhood a true small town family oriented neighborhood...growing up next to the Boulis's, the Niner's, the Smith's, the Sell's, the Mattin's, the Currier's, the Leu's and everyone else in that area made it a special place.  I remember helping to shovel sidewalks and making cookies and soup for others in the neighborhood.  I especially enjoyed all of the stories of the "good old days."

Our most sincerest condolences on your loss.  Bonnie was a wonderful sweet lady.  She was such a good friend to my Grandma Currier and was always so kind to us.  She sent both of us birthday cards every year up until a few years ago.  What a thoughtful lady. She will be missed.
