Dear Norris family,
I was so sorry to read Bill Sr. passed away. He worked years ago at the Delta Elevator with my Dad - Ellis Mann. He was a very kind man. I worked at Delta Elementary for 18 years and I knew Tyler and Wendy. May God's loving arms be around all of you now and in the days ahead.
