Carlotta R. Galbraith, age 57, of Grand Rapids, OH and formerly of Delta, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012 at The Toledo Hospital.  She was born in Toledo on May 8, 1955 to Hobart Smith and Evelyn (Osterhout) Smith.  Carlotta graduated from Swanton High School.  Some of her favorite hobbies included scrap booking and crafting.  She was preceded in death by her infant brother, Jack Whitaker.  Carlotta is survived by her mother, Evelyn ("Red") Langenderfer of Delta; father, Hobart (Bonnie) Smith of Sugar Valley, GA; sons, Morley "Skip" Galbraith Jr. of Grand Rapids, OH and Matthew Galbraith of Canada; sisters, Sandra (Mike) Tracy of Delta, Rebecca (Paul) Wade of Swanton, Cynthia (Robert) Collins of Delta and Brenda (Ronald) Burkheimer of Swanton; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.  Friends will be received from 5-8 PM on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St Hwy 109 in Delta; where a funeral service celebrating Carlotta's life will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday.  Pastor Eric Markovich will be officiating.  Interment will follow at Raker Cemetery in Delta.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing a show of sympathy are asked to consider contributions to the family.  Online condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.barnesfuneralchapel.com.
