Corbin L. Reece, age 90, passed away peacefully at his Metamora home, Monday morning August 22, 2022 with his family by his side.  He was born on October 21, 1931 to Walter S. Reece and Anna (Hauserman) Reece.  Corbin graduated from Union Township High School in West Chester, Ohio.  He proudly served in the U.S Air Force during the Korean War from January 28, 1952 – January 27, 1956 when he was honorably discharged.  On June 15, 1957 he married Beverly Douglas and she survives.  Corbin attended evening college at the University of Cincinnati, where he received his Bachelor's Degree.  Through his working career Corbin served as plant manager with Toledo Scale, G.B Manufacturing, and Toledo Tube.  He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Beverly A. Reece; sons, Jeffrey Reece, Thomas Reece, and Steven (Laura) Reece; granddaughters, Alyssa (Thomas) Litzinger and Erin Reece; and great grandchildren, Robert, Jude, and Jack Litzinger.  In addition to his parents, Walter and Anna Reece, Corbin was preceded in death by his brothers, Oras Reece and Wendell Reece and sisters, Beverly Gerken, Luella Lerch, Judith Hoskins, and infant Virginia Reece.  Friends will be received prior to the service from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Barnes Funeral Chapel and Crematory , 5825 St. Hwy. 109 in Delta; where a funeral service for Corbin will follow at 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 25, 2022.  Pastor David Case will be officiating.  Interment will be at Miltonville Cemetery in Trenton, Ohio.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 East River Rd., Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 in his memory.  Online condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.barnesfuneralchapel.com .
