Grace E. (Rabourn) May, age 83, of Napoleon, peacefully passed away Friday, March 19, 2021, at Defiance Inpatient Hospice, surrounded by her loving family.   Grace was born in Carrollton, Kentucky on August 9, 1937 to the late Marvin B. and Kathrine (Cragmyle) Rabourn.  She married William "Cliff" May on March 29, 1955 and he preceded her in death in 2012.  Grace worked for the Campbell Soup Co. for over 34 years, retiring in 1997.  In her spare time, Grace enjoyed gardening, home canning and loved watching her birds.  She also enjoyed traveling and being a caretaker of those in need.  A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.  Left to cherish her memory are her children, Randal May; Cathy (Victor) Oberhaus; Brenda (Lee) Faunce; Melanie (Robert) Filipovich; 12 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her 2 year old son, Rickey Dale May; siblings, Lawrence Rabourn; Gladys Schaffer; JR Rabourn; Thelma Myers; Jewel Kidwell and David Rabourn.  Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109 in Delta.  Funeral services will be private for the family.  Interment will take place at Wauseon Union Cemetery.  Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, those attending are asked to follow CDC guidelines by wearing a facial mask, observe six-foot distancing when possible and please make your visit brief to allow all who desire to attend visitation the ability to do so.  Those planning an expression are asked to consider CHP Inpatient Hospice Care, 6817 St. Rt. 66 N, Defiance, Ohio 43512 in her name.
