James "Jim" Henry Kohlhofer, age 58, of Toledo, passed away in his sleep Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at his home.  He was born in Toledo on January 9, 1954 to the late George and Sally Mae (Williams) Kohlhofer Sr.  Jim was also preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Theresa Kohlhofer and infant niece, Amy Kohlhofer.  He is survived by his brothers, George Jr. (Jane), David (Marilyn), Frank (Joyce), Roy (Cindy), Kenneth, and Michael (Lisa) Kohlhofer; sister, Karen Kohlhofer; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  A public memorial service celebrating Jim's life will be held at the Swanton Church of the Nazarene, 315 W.
