Margaret R. Shipman, age 82 of Delta, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday afternoon, September 20, 2012.  She was born in Ft. Wayne, IN a daughter of the late Rev. Max Heller and Martha (Amstutz) Heller.  Margaret was a homemaker for many years before serving as a cook in the cafeteria at the PDY School System and retiring on March 1, 2000 after 25 years.  She enjoyed flowers, making buckeye candies, baking pecan pies, sewing and working on crossword puzzles. Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Don W. Shipman; children, Brenda (Jim) Overmyer, Roxanne (Mark) Lemon, Jeff (Brynn) Shipman and Joy Norris; sisters, Sharon Ulrich and Irene Roach; grandchildren, Wendy (Derek) Walz, Tyler (Elissa) Norris, Breanna Brockhurst, Brian Brockhurst, Alexis Shipman, Shaun (Sarah) Lemon, Jeremy Lemon, Jenna (Bryan) Ellis, Shannon Overmyer, Kimberly Limes, Matt (Stephany) Overmyer and Andrea Reynolds; great grandchildren, Garrett, Ash, Mekie and Ethan Walz, Lucy Lemon, Ashley, Nick, AJ, and Justin Overmyer, Taylor, Dalton and Hunter Limes and Allyie Reynolds.   In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her sons, Don W. Shipman II and Mark Shipman, great grandson, Mason Lemon and siblings, Charles, Otto and Joe Roach, Edna Turnbaugh and Margie Mohler.  Friends may call 2:00 – 8:00 PM on Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109, Delta.  A memorial service celebrating Margaret's life will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at the Pettisville Missionary Church, 19055 Co Rd D, Pettisville, OH 43553.  Pastors Kent D.
