Norris E. Miller, age 77, of Delta, passed away unexpectedly late Saturday night, April 25, 2015 at the Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon He was born in Toledo on January 8, 1938 to the late John Miller and Helen (Ellis) Miller. Norris attended Springfield High School and later completed classes at the University of Toledo. He was a Vietnam Veteran having served with the Air Force. On April 17, 1965 he married Lucille Carmichael. Norris served as a journeyman electrician for General Motors for over 28 years before retiring. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lucille; son, John Miller of Delta; daughter, Kim Duke and her husband Christopher Box of Delta; brother, Richard Miller; sisters, Nancy Allgire, Patty Miller and Linda Gibbs; grandchildren, Corbley Duke III, Krystyll Duke, Christopher Box Jr., Benjamin Box and Todd Box; and great grandchildren, Aubree Duke, Owen and Annebelle Box. Arrangements are entrusted to Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109 in Delta. In honoring Norris' there will be no public viewing. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family care of Lucille Miller.
