Paul L. Wade Jr, age 66, of Swanton, unexpectedly passed away at his home early Thursday morning, October 16, 2014.  He was born in Elkhorn, WI on December 21, 1947 one of eleven children to the late Paul L. Wade Sr. and Alberta (Johnson) Griffin.  Paul served in the U.S Army from 1969 to 1972.  Before retiring in 2013, he worked as a feeder driver for UPS.  Paul attended Antioch Baptist Church and was a member of Local #20 for over 30 years.  Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Vernadean Wade.  He is survived by his life companion, Rebecca S. Wade; sons, Jack and Dominic Wade; daughter, Sarena Baltzley; step children, Patricia (Reuben) Bumpus and Jerry (Christine) Rieger; four brothers, five sisters; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  Those wishing a show of sympathy are asked to make contributions to the family.  Friends and family will be received from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St Hwy 109 in Delta; where a memorial service for Paul will begin at 11:00 AM on Thursday.
