Raecynthia "Joan" Mock, age 68, of Wauseon, passed unexpectedly early Sunday morning, July 7, 2013 at the Fulton County Health Center.  She was born in Defiance on August 10, 1944, daughter of the late Eugene Kennedy and Ashley (Sheeks) Kennedy.  Joan graduated from Bryan High School in 1963.  She married Donald Mock on December 20, 1970 and enjoyed 42 years of love.  She was a homemaker and volunteering with the Hands of Grace and being generally helpful to people in need including calls of encouragement.  When time allowed, Joan also looked forward to visiting family in Canada.  She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Delta; where she was very active and devoted.  Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Donald; children, Robert (Sondra) Zimmerman II of Delta, Donald (Rebecca) Mock II of Delta, Richard (Kimberly) Mock of Wauseon and Shana Morey of Liberty Center; sister, Cheryl (Rick) Hippenhammer of Florida; and grandchildren, Ethan, Dylan, Donavin, Christopher, Domanick, Joshawa, Courtney, Najla, Nasreen, Blake, Malcolm, Kacie and Ashley.  In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by an infant brother.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Sunday, July 14, 2013 at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St Hwy 109, Delta, Ohio 43515; where a funeral service honoring Joan's life will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday also at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Delta.  Pastor Robert Spudie will be officiating.  Those wishing a show of sympathy are asked to consider contributions to First Baptist Church of Delta, P.O Box 26, Delta, Ohio 43515 in her memory.  Please visit www.barnesfuneralchapel.com to send condolences to Joan's family.
