Richard M. Mosher III, age 38, of Wauseon, peacefully passed away with his family by his side on Friday afternoon, July 7, 2017 at Swanton Valley Care Center.  Richard was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 20, 1979.  He graduated from Anthony Wayne High School in 1997.  Before his illness, Richard was employed by several factories as a general laborer.  He will be remembered as an avid Michigan Wolverines fan; following them in their various sports.  Richard was preceded in death by his grandparents, John "Pete" and Ethel Weigel; and brother-in-law, Kevin Gladieux in 2014.  He is survived by his mother, Debra Mosher of Wauseon; sister, Melanie Gladieux of Delta; Ron "Uncle" Weigel of Delta' niece, Payton Gladieux and nephew, Blake Gladieux.  All services for Richard will be private. Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St Hwy 109 in Delta has been entrusted with arrangements.
