Roselyn V. Ford, age 90, of Delta, passed away early Sunday morning, April 7, 2013, surrounded by family at the Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon.  She was born in Tiffin, Ohio on February 1, 1923 to the late Roy and Nina (Smith) Reissig.  Roselyn was a 1940 graduate of Woodward High School.  From here, life began when she met and later married her lifelong partner, Harold L. Ford on June 14, 1944.  Roselyn and Harold traveled to California, Guam, Wyoming, Illinois and Japan.  They returned to Toledo in 1965 after his retirement from the military.  Harold preceded her in death on August 17, 1997.  In addition to her parents and husband Harold, Roselyn was also preceded in death by her daughter, Catherine; grandson, David and eleven brothers and sisters.  She is survived by her children, James (Linda) Ford of Toledo, Patricia (Thomas) Patterson of Napoleon, Michael (Barbara) Ford of Delta, Dennis (Debbie) Ford of Delta, Harold (Karen) Ford of Delta, David (Anna) Ford of Waterville, Mary (Edward) Westerman of Burlington, IA, Teresa (Barry) Gravengaard of Holland and Kevin (Lori) Ford of Delta; sister and lifetime best friend Darlene (George) Drewyor of Toledo; 24 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.  Her life was all about family, love and respect.  Family and friends will be received from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109 in Delta; with a Rosary Service beginning at 7:30 PM.  Friends will also be received from 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM prior to A Mass of Resurrection for Roselyn which will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at St. Caspar Catholic Church, 1205 N. Shoop Ave. in Wauseon.  Father David Bruning will be officiating.  Private interment at Greenlawn Cemetery in Delta.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider contributions to the Delta Public Library, 402 Main St.,Delta, OH  43515 or Delta American Legion Post 373,  5939 St. Hwy. 109, Delta, OH 43515 in Roselyn's memory.  Online condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.barnesfuneralchapel.com.
