Thomas R. Curry, age 73, of Archbold and formerly of Delta, passed away Tuesday afternoon, January 13, 2026, under hospice care at Northcrest Rehabilitation and Nursing in Napoleon. Tom was born January 15, 1952, in Evergreen Park, Illinois, to the late Albert "Bert" Curry Jr. and Madge (Didisse) Curry. He was a member of the Delta High School, Class of 1970. For more than 30 years, Tom was dedicated to his work in maintenance with Frozen Specialties in Archbold. Tom was a member of the Bryan Eagles #2233 and enjoyed spending his time thrift shopping, visiting Goodwill stores, and antiquing. A familiar face to many, Tom could most often be found in the mornings at his local McDonald's, keeping up with current events and sharing conversation and laughter with friends. He is survived by his children, April (Roy) Crooks of Archbold, Shannon (Jennifer) Curry of Archbold, Ben (Amanda) Curry of Archbold, and Amy (Brian) Rogers of Bryan; his brother, Jim (Peggy) Curry of Swanton; 20 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Bert Curry, in 2006; mother, Madge Curry, in 2015; brother, David Curry, in 2020; sister, Becky Lyon, in 2023; and his nephew, Wyatt Curry, in 2007. Family and friends are invited to visit from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Barnes Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 5825 State Highway 109, Delta, Ohio, where a memorial service celebrating Tom's life will begin at 6:00 p.m., with Pastor Maryann Reimund officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in Tom's memory.
