Thomas W. Swinford, age 68, of Delta, passed away at his home on Wednesday, January 23, 2013.  He was born in Toledo, OH on June 1, 1944 to the late Walter T. Swinford and Bernice (Dzingleski) Swinford.  Tom worked road maintenance for over 10 years with Fulton County and was a member of the Delta Eagles for over 30 years.  He is survived by his son, Thomas (Amy) Swinford of Toledo; brothers, John (Teresa) Swinford, Joe (Cully) Swinford, Dennis, Richard and Bill Swinford; sisters, Crystal (Davis) Powers, Marcia Sebring, and Brenda Hildreth; grandchildren, Brody and Cooper Swinford; former wives, Rosemary and Rosemary and step-daughters, Candy (Pete) Bach and Angie (Rick) Hall.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St Hwy 109 in Delta.  In honoring Tom's wishes, there will be no public services.   Online condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.barnesfuneralchapel.com.
