Vernon D. Frank, age 90 of Delta, passed away at Heartland of Wauseon, Tuesday evening March 24, 2015.  He was born in Wauseon on May 14, 1924 to the late David Frank and Mabel (Richardson) Frank.  He was a graduate of Delta High School.  Vernon was a member of the Delta Eagles and previously worked several years for the Pet Milk Company.  He was preceded in death by his twin sister, Vivian Marks and sister, Darleen Frank.  Vernon is survived by loving cousins and friends.   There will be no public services.  A private graveside burial will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Delta.  Pastor Eric Markovich will be officiating.  Arrangements are entrusted to Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109 in Delta.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in Vernon's name.  Online condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.barnesfuneralchapel.com.
