William A. Gorsuch, age 82, of Delta, passed away at his home May 15, 2018.  He was born in Wauseon on February 6, 1936 to the late William M. Gorsuch and Bertha (Pontious) Gorsuch.  Bill attended Wauseon High School and later in 1980 proudly received his GED.  Bill was honored to have served with the U.S Army from 1961 – 1963 and had a special place in his heart for Veterans.  Before retiring, he was a self-employed well digger; which led him to travel the country on different projects.  He was a past trustee for Fulton Township.  Bill enjoyed going to garage sales, recreational shooting and an avid supporter of the NRA.  He is survived by his children, Barbara (Dennis) Diehn, Virginia (Wes) Shoup, JoAnn (Len) Wietecha, Jacque (Derrick) Jenning, Cathy Napierala, Sandra (Jim) Friess, William "B.J." Gorsuch, Colleen Gorsuch, Butch (Diana) Lambert; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; close and dedicated friend, Gaynell Wamer and his canine companions, Dini and Toby.  Along with his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his son, Robert K. Gorsuch.  Friends will be received from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St Hwy 109 in Delta.  Private interment will be at Wauseon Union Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to be made to the Fulton County Humane Society, 14720 Co Rd J, Wauseon, Ohio 43567 in his memory.  Online condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.barnesfuneralchapel.com.
