Ricardo Navarro

Ricardo “Rick” Navarro, age 62, of Delta, passed away December 4, 2020 at Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice in Defiance.  Rick was born January 25, 1958 in Hicksville, Ohio to the late Pablo Navarro and Josephine (Ortiz) Navarro.  He graduated from Delta High School in 1976.  On November 21, 1980 he married Meta L. Trowbridge and she survives.  For over 30 years, Rick worked as a fabricator for BW Services in Delta.  Some of his hobbies included golfing, gardening, yardwork around the home, and NASCAR.  Most of all Rick enjoyed spending time with his family.  Along with his wife of 45 years, Meta; he is survived by his children, Serena (Oswaldo) Medina, Samantha (Isaac) Medina, Jeremy (Shannon) Navarro and Jacob Navarro; brothers, Ed and Paul Navarro; sisters, Janie (Joe) Johnson, Lenore (Keith) Jackson and Virginia (Jeff) Smout; grandchildren, Mylah, Sophia, Gavyn, Liliana, Isabella and Maverick.  Services will be private for the family.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109 in Delta.  Online condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.barnesfuneralchapel.com.
