Betty (Eberly) Barnes was married to George Barnes Sr. for 66 years, before her

passing on November 7, 2025.  Together they had three sons; George Barnes Jr.,

Michael Barnes and David Barnes.  She retired from nursing after serving over 40 years

at the Delta Clinic, where she worked for Benjamin H. Reed M.D.

George Barnes Sr. and his wife, Betty, were married on July 19, 1959. George is a member of the Delta American Legion and First Baptist Church in Wauseon.  He retired from Tenneco Inc. of Napoleon in 2005 after 44 years in shipping as a forklift operator. 

Bob Mack is married to Sharon (Breitner) Mack and reside in Swanton.  He is a retired engineer from Midas Corporation that was based in Chicago. Bob and his wife have two children; Laurie Hites and Terri Dawson.  He has been with Barnes Funeral Chapel since 2005.  Bob and his wife are members of Calvary Baptist Church in Delta; where he served as a Deacon and Treasurer.

Bill Pacak and his late wife, Joyce, resided in Delta for over 40 years.  He and his wife together were owners and operators of "Wedding Photography" in Delta.  Together, they had five children: Michael Pacak, Chad (Diana) Savage, Chris (Michelle) Savage, Christopher Pacak, and Stacie (Jamie) Owens.  Bill is a member of the Delta American Legion, Fulton Lodge F&AM, Delta United Methodist Church, Delta Community Fire Dept., and Marine Corps Vets. Bill retired from Pike, Delta, and York Local Schools, where he served as district building supervisor.

Frank Wilton joins the staff at Barnes Funeral Chapel to continue his dedication to serving his community.  Frank and his family moved to Delta in 1981, and his daughters Angie and Kris grew up and graduated here in Delta.  Frank served as Mayor in Delta from 2021 – 2024 and served on the Village Council for 12 years.  In his spare time, you can find him fishing or camping, spending time in his wood shop, and cooking breakfast at the Delta American Legion.  Frank also serves on the board for the United Way of Fulton County and is an active member of Hope Church of Delta.  We are thankful to have Frank here with us to serve our families to a higher standard.

Tori McGowen is a 1995 graduate of Delta High School and a 1996 graduate of

Stautzenberger College with a certificate in dental assisting.  She was a dental assistant

for over 24 years before retiring from the dental field.  Tori and her boyfriend John live in Maumee and enjoy their evening drives along the Maumee River and off roading in their Jeeps.  Tori officially joined the staff at Barnes Funeral Chapel in June, 2025, where she serves as our office manager. She is passionate about her role and believes in

providing the highest care to the families we serve.
