We'd like to offer condolences to Chad's family and friends. This is such sad news as I went through the Delta/York school system with Chad and Jill. There are a ton of memories that just go with being a schoolmate. We will be thinking of you all. Tough times ahead for you. Cherish all of your memories.

I'm very sorry for the loss of Chad...very nice man. We have a dog Teddy that we bought from him 7 years ago, so Teddy will be extra special because of Chad. To his girlfriend ((HUGS)).
